1. Basic facts
A. The relevant Plaintiffs of the Parties, etc. are the deceased H’s children, and the deceased H is the deceased I and the deceased J’s children, and the deceased K is the deceased’s mother, and the Defendant F is the deceased L.
The family register is registered as the children of the deceased I and the deceased J, and the family status of the I is stated as being succeeded in the order of K and the J.
On the other hand, N Taxide (No. 12) published in 1966 is written by O as the two of the net P, which is the child of the network I and the networkJ.
B. On February 15, 1931, Defendant F was registered in the forest register as co-owners of Q29,256 square meters of land listed in [Attachment List 1 to 4 (hereinafter “ Q land”) and the network K was registered in the forest register as a co-owners of Q29,256 square meters in Asan-gun, Asan-gun on February 15, 1931. (2) Defendant F completed registration of preservation of ownership on the above Q land on September 29, 1970 in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Transfer of Forest Ownership, etc., and thereafter the said land was divided into Q and R, and re-registered into Q and T.
3) Defendant E completed the ownership transfer registration and ownership transfer registration based on the sale on July 15, 2008 with respect to the above T and land. 4) The above land was divided as shown in [Attachment 2 through 4] on September 3, 2008. Defendant E Co., Ltd. completed the registration of transfer of all F Shares based on the partition of co-owned property on September 4, 2008 as to the land listed in [Attachment 2] List No. 2], and Defendant F Co., Ltd. completed the registration of transfer of all shares of Co., Ltd. based on the partition of co-owned property on September 4, 2008 as to the land listed in [Attachment 3 and 4] List No. 3 and 4.
5) Defendant G completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on September 10, 2008 with respect to the land listed in paragraph (3) of the attached list, and the land listed in Paragraph (4) of the attached list, based on the sale on November 25, 2008. (c) The land listed in Paragraph (5) of the attached list (hereinafter “U land”).
(1) On January 20, 1919, the network L, and the network I were assessed on the basis of the 2,698 square meters prior to the U.S. on January 20, 191, and the said land is as shown in paragraph 5 of the attached Table.
