On April 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two months of imprisonment for fraud at the Gwangju District Court, and the execution of the sentence was completed in the Gwangju District Court on July 18, 2016.

1. Larceny;

A. On July 28, 2016, around 03:00, the Defendant opened a door that was parked on the road in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, in excess of approximately KRW 10 million in the market price owned by the victim D and boarded on the driver’s seat and stolen the said radar vehicle by using a smart key located on the side of the Hand of the said vehicle.

B. Although the Defendant stated in the facts charged on August 3, 2016 as the facts charged on August 2, 2016, according to the H’s statement, the date and time of the crime is recognized as August 3, 2016, and the above statement is deemed as an obvious clerical error. Thus, it is stated as such.

For the purposes of sub-paragraph (b) below:

04:30 At around the G Studio parking lot located in Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, the victim H opened a door that is not corrected at the market price of KRW 13 million and used a key stored next to the embling and stolen the said vehicle by driving the vehicle.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On July 28, 2016, from around 03:00 to around 07:00 of the same day, the Defendant driven the above radar vehicle, which was stolen from the Gwangju Northern District to the Gwangju Northern District, as described in paragraph (a) of Article 1, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the Gwangju Northern District to the Seoul Northern District, the Jeonnam-gu, the Namnam-do, the Chungcheongnam-gu, the Dong-dong, the Dong-dong, and the Dong-gu, the Dong-dong, the Dong-dong, the 95-ro, and up to the public parking lot.

B. From around 04:30 on August 3, 2016 to 08:30 on the same day, the Defendant driven the above spke vehicle, which was stolen from Gwangju Dong-gu to Mansan-dong, Dong-gu, Joseon University, and from Gwangju Dong-gu, to 131, as described in paragraph (b) above, from Gwangju Dong-gu, without obtaining a driver’s license, from Gwangju Dong-gu to 08:30 on the same day.
