1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally liable to the extent of KRW 105,349,260, and Defendant E shall not exceed KRW 16,363,104 and shall be one of them.

Reasons

In full view of the purport of the entire arguments, evidence Nos. 1 through 13, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from October 21, 2020 to the date of full payment of the principal amount, within the limit of KRW 105,349,260, the guarantee amount of KRW 105,363,104, and the interest on the remainder of the overdue interest under the lease contract, and the interest on the principal amount of KRW 15,897,865.
