On July 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment and a fine of one million won on August 15, 2014 due to a violation of the Act on the Protection and Observation of Specific Criminal Offenders and Electronic Monitoring, etc. at the Daegu District Court on July 24, 2014, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Daegu District Court on August 12, 2015. On February 12, 2015, the Daegu District Court was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and a fine of two million won on June 13, 2015, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu District Court on April 29, 2016 after being sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment and a fine of one million won on June 16, 2018.

【The Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for rape, etc. at the Daegu High Court on June 15, 2006 and completed the execution of the sentence on January 2, 2010. On December 15, 2010, the Defendant was ordered to attach a location tracking device (hereinafter “electronic device”) for five years from the Daegu District Court racing support to the Daegu District Court on December 15, 2010, and was subject to a decision to issue an order to attach a location tracking device for five years from the date of the attachment of the electronic device, and was under the current period of the attachment order (the Defendant was under the execution of the sentence after having been sentenced by the head of the above criminal record as stated in the attachment order during the period of the attachment order, and the Defendant was not under the duty to observe the electronic device and to take out the electronic device outside his/her residence from around 2400 each day during the period of attachment of the electronic device without justifiable reasons for the enforcement of the attachment order.
