No person other than a pharmacy founder shall sell drugs or acquire them for the purpose of sale.

Although the Defendant did not have established a pharmacy, on December 12, 2014, the Defendant sold 10,000 won (i.e., 10,000 won (hereinafter referred to as “C”) of the content of “C” 100 malis”, which is a medicine to promote the generation at the “C” adult product store located in Goyang-si, Goyang-si, 2013.
