On May 24, 2012, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on June 6 and June 1, 2012, who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (mediation, etc.) at the Suwon Flag Flag Flag on May 24, 201.

Article 43(4) of the former Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (amended by Act No. 14412, Dec. 20, 2016) provides for a person subject to registration of personal information to renew his/her photograph information every year from the following year when the person subject to registration of personal information submits the first basic personal information, and Article 43(4) of the same Act provides for a person subject to registration of personal information to attend a competent police office and to renew his/her photograph by December 31 of each year, and Article 43(4) of the same Act provides for a person subject to registration of personal information to have his/her photograph taken by a person subject to registration of personal information attend a new information and to have his/her photograph taken by the person subject to registration of personal information taken by December 31 of each year. Article 1 of the Addenda of the same Act provides for a person subject to registration of personal information in the main sentence of Article 4(4) of the same Act before the date of its promulgation.

According to the records, the Defendant first submitted his/her photograph information on June 14, 2012, but performed the obligation of renewal on January 8, 2017 when he/she was investigated by the competent police office on suspicion that he/she failed to perform the obligation of renewal on the next occasion after renewal of his/her photograph information on October 9, 2015. Accordingly, once the prosecutor changed the period for performing the Defendant’s obligation of renewal of photograph information stated in the initial indictment from October 8, 2016 to “ January 7, 2017,” in light of the overall review process, the part regarding “one year from the first registration date” stated in the indictment for renewal of photograph information is amended.
