1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 89,002,820 and KRW 8,200,000 among them, from March 19, 2010 to 41,00.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit is subject to the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and thus, the part of the claim in excess of the scope is dismissed.
