On April 26, 2019, at around 20:25, the Defendant driven DK 3 automobiles in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.129% in the section of about 3 km from the roads near the Heungdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Mo-si to the roads front of the building C.
