However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On October 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) from around 09:20 on October 8, 2018 to around 09:20, the Defendant obstructed the accounting of other customers of the said store by avoiding the disturbance between approximately 20 minutes, such as making a bath to the victim, who was demanded that the victim C work in Songpa-gu Seoul as an employee, breadbing the breab, and making an account from the victim who was suffering from the damage.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim by force.

2. The Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at around 09:40 on October 8, 2018, at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (1) above, and at the 112 report that “A man who ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever, ever ever ever ever ever ever now ever ever ever ever ever.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed violence against police officers who perform legitimate duties on the handling of 112 reported cases, thereby neglecting the performance of official duties.
