1. The defendant is Chungcheongnam-do, which is recorded in the building ledger of the real estate in the attached list prepared in the assigned group to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff is the owner of the area of 1,131 square meters prior to C, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do. The Defendant owned the area of 231 square meters, and newly constructed a building on that ground and registered on that ground in the building ledger. The parcel number recorded on that register is, unlike the actual situation, registered as the parcel number of the land on the Plaintiff’s ownership, and thus, the Defendant is obliged to perform the procedure for filing an application for cancellation of the above parcel number recorded on the said building ledger.
