1. The defendant delivers the building indicated in the attached Form to the plaintiff, and on June 1, 2018 to the completion date of the above delivery, 700.

1. Around October 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased a building as indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff without the Plaintiff’s consent (the agreement to rent KRW 700,000 on a monthly rent, a lease period of KRW 2 years without any security deposit); and (b) delayed the lease of the said building; (c) the Plaintiff terminated the said lease agreement; and (d) sought a return of unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent by the date of delivery and delivery of the said building; and (d) the Plaintiff’s delay in
