The judgment of the first instance.
1. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
(The ground of appeal by the plaintiff is not significantly different from the argument in the first instance court, and the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court is also the evidence submitted by the plaintiff to this court, and the facts finding in the first instance court and the judgment are justified). 2. Thus, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
