A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims C (use and photographing of cameras, etc.);
A. In around 2012, the Defendant taken pictures of the body parts of the victim, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by taking out the victim’s locked and the telephone with the Defendant’s personal phone with the victim, at any accommodation located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, against the victim’s will.
B. Around July 2017, the Defendant used the victim’s b body pictures taken as above in D account protogram pictures used by the Defendant and displayed them openly to allow many people to view them.
2. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims' Names and influories (use and photographing of cameras, etc.);
A. On September 2012, the Defendant taken photographs of a female victim’s body part, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by photographing the potential victim, the victim’s locked, the phone with the Defendant, and the victim’s body by taking the victim’s body from a divers in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government divers, where it is difficult to know the name that he/she became aware of through the Internet dynaf “E” at any dynaf located in Guro-gu.
B. Around July 2017, the Defendant used the victim’s b body pictures taken as above in D account protogram pictures used by the Defendant and displayed them openly to allow many people to view them.
3. An indecent act by force against the victim F, and a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing, etc.);
A. A quasi-indecent act on November 18, 2016, the Defendant forced the victim to drink alcohol with the Victim F (F, 35 years of age, name) around 2016, and recommended the victim to drink alcohol on his/her own house, drink alcohol with his/her wife and personnel and to enter the victimized person into his/her own house in Ansan-gu G during his/her life, and then on the same day at around 23:00 of his/her own residence.
