(b) the defendant;

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle for A5 riding.

1. On April 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.248% from blood alcohol level around 14:50 on April 7, 2018; (b) driven the said vehicle at the intersection of the Trido in front of Songpa-gu Seoul at the speed of 0.248%; and (c) driven the two-lanes from the south intersection of the Trido in front of Songpa-gu, Seoul at an insular speed to the offs of the Olympics as the Olympic end, while driving the two-lanes from the front part of the said vehicle to the offs of the Olympic end; (d) followed the vehicle behind the vehicle in front of the said vehicle, and caused the victim’s Ha (46 years old) to spread the vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, suffered injury to the victim F, such as salt, tensions, etc. of tensions, which requires a two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim J (31) who was accompanied by F’s vehicle operated by F, such as salt, tensions, etc. requiring a three-day medical treatment, and the victim K (37 years old), the victim L (8 years old), the victim L (6 years old), and the victim M (6 years old), by causing about two-day medical treatment.

2. On August 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on August 29, 2012, and a fine of KRW 4 million as a same crime at the Daegu District Court on January 20, 2016.

Although the Defendant was punished twice due to driving under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, is driving D U-A5 vehicle in the state of alcohol with approximately 0.248% alcohol concentration in the 2km section from 40-34 km-ro to 7-34 km-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul at the time of paragraph (1) to the front road of the same Gu.
