Defendant A, as the actual co-representative of the farming association corporation B, along with ChokaD, completed a report on the recycling of excreta on February 5, 2010, and thereafter, Defendant A is engaged in the business of collecting, transporting, disposing of, and spraying liquid manure as part of the business, such as livestock waste treatment, etc. from that time to that time.

A person who has filed a recycling report with the competent authority that intends to treat livestock excreta for the purpose of recycling shall not engage in an act of spraying the amount of funds produced in a resource recovery plant in disposing of and spraying livestock excreta, manure, or liquid manure, in any place other than those secured by the installer of the relevant resource recovery plant.

A. Nevertheless, on May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) transported approximately 20 tons of the amount supplied by L, which is a swine breeding company located in Yongan-gun, Naman-gun, Naman-gun; and (b) spread approximately 18 tons of the amount to farmland on farmland located in Yongan-gun, Nam-gun, Naman-gun; and (c) spread approximately 2 tons of approximately 18 tons of the amount to farmland on farmland located in the farmland located in Jeonan-gun, Naman-gun, Naman-gun, Naman-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Nam-gun.
