The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

The defendant is a person who resides in a B apartment located in Seo-gu and uses a swimming pool in the Eitice Center managed and operated by entrusting it to C in the same apartment, etc.

On April 4, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime of April 4, 2019, around 21:30, in order to cut off the body of female users in the above swimming pool, the Defendant opened a male shower room at the place where it was in the body of body and loaded stairs, and then moved the stairs of the shower room for female members to the front of the shower room room room for female members through a swimming pool, and then intruded the victim D (the family name, 57 years old) by continuously moving the shower room to the front of the shower room room for female members.
