A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who teaches students to learn alcohol in a practice room while working as a drinking room, and the victim D (30 years old) is a person who learning alcohol from November 2014 to the Defendant.
