A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a Bran vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act.
On July 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at around 00:05, and led to a three-lane road in front of the 51-dong Hyundai 5-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul to a speed of about 40km from the offside to the open farm basin.
At the time, at night and at the front of the vehicle, the victim C (the 26-year-old) who stops according to the vehicle stop signal was DD or a car, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents, such as reducing the speed to those engaged in driving of the vehicle, preventing the vehicle from facing the victim C driver's car at a speed.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not neglect it and did not stop, which led to the failure of the Defendant’s driver’s franchise to the fronter of the victim’s C driver’s vehicle or the backer of the passenger vehicle, and due to this, the Defendant got the victim’s E (29 years old) driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’s driver’
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, due to the above occupational negligence, the victim C’s salt and tension in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and the victim G (25 years of age) who was on the part of the victim C’s driver’s license or on the car for about three weeks of medical treatment; the victim E suffers from the injury of the victim H(40 years of age) who was on the part of the victim E’s E driver’s license for approximately two weeks of medical treatment; and at the same time, the victim C driver’s license car is scrapped; the repair cost, such as 1,483,610 won, such as exchange of the victim’s E driver’s license, and the victim’s h (40 years of age) stopping immediately to the extent that the repair cost is to exceed 1,483,610 won; and the victim h (40 years of age) is to rescue the victims.
