The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
1. The abstract of the grounds for appeal does not commit violence against the victim or inflict any bodily injury upon the victim by benefiting his head;

The judgment of the court below can be recognized based on the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below, i.e., ① the victim made a false accusation against the defendant within the investigative agency from February 11, 2014 to the court below's court, and the defendant made a consistent statement on the circumstances of the case and on the part of the bodily injury, on the ground that he was knee-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kne-kn-kne-kne-kn-kim-nive of the following facts: ② The victim suffered injury on February 12, 2014
Therefore, the defendant's assertion of mistake is without merit.
3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
