Punishment of the crime
On March 16, 2016, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,00,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) in the support for the development of a water source method in Ansan.
On October 28, 2020, the Defendant driven a fco-sports car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.074% from the 4km section from the front of the C Hospital located in Silung-si B to the road located in Silung-si (Weju) in Silung-si.
Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving more than twice.
