1. The plaintiff's appeal and the plaintiff's claim expanded in the trial are all dismissed.

Reasons
The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is as follows: (a) the reasoning for the judgment of the first instance court is the same as that for the judgment of the first instance except for the part of the 3th page 12 and 13, “to have a liability, and first seek payment of KRW 10 million, which is a part of them,” and therefore, (b) the same is cited by the main text of Article 420
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is just based on its conclusion, and thus, the plaintiff's appeal and the plaintiff's claim expanded in the trial are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
