On December 6, 2014, at around 20:10, the Defendant driven a B Twork X-ray car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 1 0.157% from the front of the old-day traffic in the Jin Chang-dong in the East-gu in the same city to the front of the Dong-gu 80-ro in the same city.
