However, according to the evidence cited by the court below, according to the consistent and consistent statements of D and F and the evidence presented by the court below such as the video of each of the damaged photographs supporting them, each of the crimes of this case against the defendant, the above arguments are without merit.

Accordingly, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
