On March 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive around May 28, 2016.

The Defendant, in fact, was engaged in daily labor without certain income or specific property, and even if he/she borrowed money, he/she did not have the intent or ability to repay it, and did not operate the lending brokerage company, but did not operate the lending brokerage company, he/she had the victim E at the D’s age club located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, around March 2014, he/she could cause the loan brokerage company to obtain a loan while operating the lending brokerage company, and even if he/she borrowed money, he/she had the intent or ability to repay it, by deceiving the victim as if he/she had the intent or ability to do so.

1. On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the effect that “I wish to arrange for a loan, and I wish to open and open a mobile phone. I wish to pay a fee; (b) I have the victim open the mobile phone under the victim’s name; and (c) received the case; and (d) had the victim use the mobile phone from around that time to October 2015 to pay a total of KRW 542,690, the Defendant did not pay a fee.”

2. On April 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) false statement to the effect that “the Defendant would have a loan obtained; (b) the expenses, such as the expenses incurred in creating documents to be incurred; and (c) the Defendant would have a loan granted to the victim prior to the branch of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 261-ro, which is 81, in terms of loan brokerage expenses; (d) KRW 4.5 million on the same day; (e) KRW 4.6 million on the same day; (e) KRW 4.6 million on April 1, 2015; (e) KRW 1.5 million on May 1, 2015; and (e) KRW 7.6 million on May 11, 2015; (e) KRW 1 million on May 1, 2015; and (e) KRW 1 million on June 300, 2015.
