Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime
No one shall distribute or use game products with the contents different from those of the rating, and exchange the results obtained through the use of game products with tangible or intangible results.
1. Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct - From April 4, 2016 to April 14, 2016, the Defendant provided 40 players with the “e-game” game machine for the use of customers, unlike the contents rated in the course of operating the “E-gameland” on the 3rd floor of both weeks.
As a result, the defendant provided game products with contents different from the classification.
2. The Defendants’ joint criminal conduct - Defendant A related to the “sea credit” game machine operated the E-gameland using the E-Game game machine as seen above, which was controlled by the police on April 14, 2016 while running the E-Game, and all the game machine was seized, and thus, the amount of funds to operate the game room was insufficient. A, in collusion with Defendant B who was known to the general public around that time, purchased the game machine that was altered by investing KRW 8 million in collusion with Defendant B, and Defendant B purchased the game machine that was altered by investing KRW 6 million, and jointly operating the game room.
From May 10 to May 30, 201, Defendants violated the Game Industry Promotion Act due to the violation of rating classification, unlike the contents of rating in the operation of the said E-Gameland from May 10, 2016 to May 30, 201, provided 40 customers with 40 game term “marine credit”, which was modified automatically to automatically proceed irrespective of their ability to manipulate the game users.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with F and G and provided game products with contents different from the grade obtained.
B. Defendants in violation of the Act on the Promotion of Game Industry due to money exchange have many and unspecified customers who find out there in the said E-Gameland from May 10, 201 to May 23, 2016, together with the said F and G.
