Punishment of the crime
On March 13, 2018, at around 01:15, the Defendant was driving a C Tro XG car (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”) parked on the road in front of the building B in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongbuk-gun without obtaining a driver’s license.
At the time, other vehicles are parked in the front and rear of the Defendant vehicle. In such a case, the driver of the vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by accurately manipulating the front, rear, and left and right of the vehicle.
However, the Defendant neglected to do so and proceeds as it is stated in the facts charged against the victim D Co., Ltd., which was parked, as “the victim H”, but according to the following inquiry (in the investigation record 31 pages), the owner of the relevant vehicle is “D Co., Ltd.”.

Accordingly, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven the Defendant vehicle without a driver's license, and did not provide personal information even after destroying the parked vehicle.
