The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below's determination that the charge of this case against the defendant is guilty is just and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to brokerage under the Business Affairs of Licensed Real Estate Agents and Report of Real Estate Transactions Act, as alleged in the ground of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
