1. The defendant shall pay 24,350,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 28, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
The Plaintiff agreed to construct the portion of the metal construction work among the new construction works of the officetel located in Osan City with the Defendant at KRW 50,000,000, and completed the construction work.
