A. On May 6, 1995, the Plaintiff purchased real estate listed in the attached list from C from May 6, 1995 in KRW 3 million, and paid all the purchase price on the same day.

B. C died on August 8, 2001 without completing the registration of ownership transfer on the real estate stated in the attached list to the Plaintiff, and his heir is the Defendant, E, F, and G, who is the spouse.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on May 6, 1995 with respect to 2/11 shares of one’s own inheritance among the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.
