1. The Defendant’s KRW 74,568,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from May 31, 2019 to May 31, 2019, as well as for the Plaintiff.
1. The description of the reasons for the request shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. Pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of damages for delay exceeding the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 is dismissed.
However, the defendant shall bear all the costs of lawsuit by applying the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act.
