Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On July 19, 2015, at around 02:30, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven B K3 cars at a distance of 500 meters from the front of the Kimhae-dong to the front road in the Dong-dong of the same city.
