1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 40,99,729 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from February 22, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. There is no dispute between the parties to the judgment as to the cause of the claim, or according to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, the defendant has the same obligation as the statement in the order against the plaintiff.
