Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
On April 17, 2010, the Defendant, at around 02:00, did not pay KRW 73,000 of the taxi rate without justifiable grounds, even though he/she was boarding a taxi for business purpose operated by the victim B without the intent to pay the taxi fee for the taxi in front of Osan, and arrived at around 02:50 on the same day.
