Defendants shall jointly and severally pay 3,319,648 won and 11% per annum from October 16, 2018 to the date of full payment.
1. The defendant B received a loan of KRW 990,000,000 from the Industrial Bank of Korea on February 28, 2013, and the defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed this.
On March 8, 2016, the Industrial Bank of Korea transferred the above loans to Defendant B to D Company, which was notified to Defendant B around March 30, 2016.
D Company transferred the above claim to the Plaintiff on October 15, 2018, which was notified to Defendant B around November 27, 2018.
As of October 15, 2018, the balance of the principal of the loan claim as of October 15, 2018 is KRW 33,319,648, and the compensation rate for delay is 11% per annum.

2. According to the conclusion, Defendant B and Defendant C are jointly and severally liable to pay damages for delay at the rate of 11% per annum agreed from October 16, 2018 to the date of full payment of the principal amount of the loan claim, as well as the amount of KRW 33,319,648.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
