For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court reversed the judgment of the first instance that found the Defendant guilty on the changed facts charged of this case, and sentenced the Defendant not guilty.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the above determination by the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating the rules of evidence or violating the principle of trial-oriented and direct trial.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
