A. The defendant is a juristic person established for the purpose of selling and selling farmland and leasing business, and G is the representative director of the defendant.

B. In order to pretendly sell the land purchased at low prices with H, I, and J as if there were development support materials, G et al., G et al. deemed that it externally operates a normal real estate development company, such as constituting a business organization equipped with a position system composed of president, senior managing director, managing director, director, and office chief, and subsequently, K et al. on May 15, 2013; L Co., Ltd. on July 28, 2014; L Co., Ltd. on July 28, 2014; Defendant on October 8, 2014; and the head of the district office of education and office in which the number of people can be accommodated in N buildings located in E et al., adopted the so-called “cell contract” method as a main business method to directly purchase the land by means of intensive education to the purchaser of the land at that location.

G operated a business organization with H, the president of L Co., Ltd. as the whole business of L Co., Ltd., while operating the business organization, and taking charge of purchasing land and booming the goods, etc. as the regular business of L Co., Ltd., and I was in charge of managing and promoting sales of the goods and subordinate employees. J as a director of L Co., Ltd., a development department, who is a director of L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff”) and was in charge of soliciting the purchase of land to the victims including the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff, etc.”), B, Selection, D, E, and F (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff, etc.”).

G, H, I, and J are subject to intensive crimes of the elderly female with profound legal knowledge or judgment ability and seek to do so.
