1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);

Since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended, and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the amended provisions from October 1, 2015 with respect to the statutory interest rate on a case for which the pleadings in the first instance have not been concluded until October 1, 2015, was applied, the portion exceeding the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum among the Plaintiff’s claims for damages for delay is dismissed.
