However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 23:00 on the date of February 2013, the Defendant administered the taxi at the Defendant’s taxi parking lot located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, and around 17:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered the taxi at the Defendant’s taxi, which was psychotropic drugs delivered without compensation from E in the above taxi parking lot at around 17:00.

2. On February 2013, at around 02:00, the Defendant’s taxi parked in front of the Ftel in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. Around that time, the Defendant smoked by attaching a fire to the Plaintiff’s taxi made up of approximately 0.5g of marijuana tobacco that was received without compensation from E in the said D taxi parking lot.

3. At around 23:00 as of February 2013, the Defendant administered the taxi at the Defendant’s taxi parked in the Do taxi parking lot located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, by taking the taxi together with water, with water, one penter.

4. On March 9, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant smoked from the vehicle parked on the front of the Ftel in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, by attaching a fire to one marijuana tobacco manufactured in approximately 0.5g of marijuana, which is flicked with E, and passing through a smoke.

5. At around 15:00 on March 13, 2013, the Defendant, as at the time of undergoing an investigation by the Incheon Regional Police Agency, had one gate citizen who was issued from E and kept two times after being administered.

6. On June 23, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant smoked by attaching a fire to one marijuana tobacco manufactured with approximately 0.5g of hemp B 402, Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
