A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu.
On October 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, accumulated the walls using iron plates to the warehouse facilities located in B in a permanent city area, and extended the roof of which is 457.23 square meters in aground.
