1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 64,097,757 and KRW 50,000 among them, which shall be from September 1, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
