A. The Plaintiff related to the Plaintiff is the owner of the building, including 98.70 square meters (hereinafter “the instant real estate”) of F3 stories in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and the Plaintiff succeeded to the lessor’s status. The Plaintiff purchased the instant building including the instant real estate from Nonparty G, the former owner and the former lessee on May 21, 2017.

The above defendant C and the defendant D jointly occupy the real estate of this case.
However, the aforementioned Defendants were aware that the monthly rent was unpaid from before the ownership change was made, and the Plaintiff was known as a new lessor by obtaining ownership transfer and notified the Defendants of the account number, but did not pay a monthly rent for five months from July 13, 2017 to December 11 of the same year. Accordingly, the Plaintiff notified the Defendants of the intent to terminate the lease agreement through the certification of the content on December 12, 2017.
