A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
On February 5, 2015, the Defendant had been sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud and two years of suspension of execution, in the support of the Suwon branch of Suwon District Court on February 5, 2015. On October 1 of the same year, the suspension of execution was revoked due to the violation of the duty to observe the protection, and on February 29, 2016, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul East East District Court on February 29, 2016. On May 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court;
9.4. The execution of the sentence has been completed in an Ansan prison.
Punishment of the crime
On June 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 2017, the main point of the trade name, “E” operated by the victim D in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and (b) took place as if he would normally pay the alcohol value, etc.; and (c) ordered the above victim to 2 concurrently Sora 1.
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol, alcohol, etc. from the injured party because there is no cash or card that can be settled at that time.
As above, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and was delivered to the victim with 24,000 won in total from the market price, namely, 2 Byung and Rara one time in the face of the victim.
No person of "2017 Highest 4983" shall intermediate any third person's communications through telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for any third person's communications.
Nevertheless, the Defendant offered a proposal that he would open a mobile phone from a person in the name of the accused and offer one million won on the face of the week, and around January 2017, the Defendant provided the telecommunications services provided by the telecommunications business operator for the use of another person’s communications by making an application for opening a cell phone of SKT mobile phone 2 (F, G), KT mobile phone 2 (H, I), LG UP Plus mobile phone 1 (J) at a mutual influence store underground in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
