1. The Defendant’s KRW 98,919,00 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from June 2, 2017 to November 25, 2019.
1. On April 14, 2017, the Plaintiff purchased C building units from the Defendant on the Namyang-si, Namyang-si. At the time, the Defendant, upon paying to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 1,05,00,000, paid the Plaintiff the remainder of the sale price, shall immediately perform the shop subdivision works and the waterworks construction works, and the Plaintiff shall pay the Plaintiff the remainder of the sale price of KRW 1,9,20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for a year for the remainder of KRW 5,000,000,000,000,000,000 won for the total sale price, and thereafter, the Plaintiff agreed to pay the Defendant monetary benefits of KRW 98,919,000,00,000,000.
Therefore, the plaintiff claims the above agreed amount and damages for delay against the defendant.
