The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On August 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim by brushing both the shoulders of the victim and brushing down in the house of the denied victim C (M, 35 years of age) located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a matter of divorce with the victim.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. On November 30, 2016, after the prosecution of this case, the victim submitted a letter of revocation of complaint to the effect that he/she did not wish to punish the defendant or withdraws his/her wishing to punish the defendant.
(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
