1. On February 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 23:20 on February 27, 2013, at the 3rd:20, the 4nd line road in front of the C Arboretums, and the blood alcohol concentration of 0.151% was difficult to drive normally; (b) the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a D-hurd vehicle and proceeded along the two-lanes of the D-hurd vehicle from the Osan-dong bank.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to keep the front door and safely drive the safety distance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to do so and neglected to perform the duty of the front-time care, and neglected to do so, and received the front side of the victim E (the 45-year-old driver’s license)’s strawing car from the victim E (the 45-year-old driver’s license) to the front side of the said Aburged car.

As a result, the defendant suffered spawn spawn, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim G (the 42 years of age, female) who is the victim of the above victim and the victim vehicle.

2. On February 28, 2013, at around 00:24, the Defendant: (a) indicated the name column of the driver of the niver driver report and the driver’s name column of the nive driver report on the niver driver report; (b) forged H’s signature on the name side of the niver; and (c) presented H’s signature to the control police officer as if the niver was duly prepared.
