B. On May 3, 2014, at around 23:10 on May 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested DNA tobacco 2 A; (b) took out the excess, which is a deadly weapon, from the victim K, etc. who was in possession of the Defendant, and pressure the Defendant’s resistance on the chest; and (c) took the amount equivalent to KRW 4,200 of the market price of tobacco 2 A from the victims of drinking, who were frighted.
