1. From November 26, 2016, at around 16:00, the Defendant stolen the victim F’s house located on a small book at the victim F’s house located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon apartment E apartment No. 102 Dong 904 on November 26, 2016, with one cellular phone, the market value of which is equivalent to 100,000 won.

2. On January 6, 2017, the Defendant using computers, etc., purchased mobile merchandise worth KRW 200,00 from the above day to January 14, 2017 by means of entering the certification number transmitted to the above mobile phone by accessing the website, using the stolen mobile phone as referred to in the above paragraph (1) at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon apartment and 105 Dong 1605, the Defendant without authority in the information processing system, such as computers, by means of the aforementioned method nine times in total, from the above day to around January 14, 2017, including purchasing the mobile merchandise amounting to KRW 20,00 by means of entering the certification number transmitted to the above mobile phone.
