1. The defendant shall pay 36,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 2, 2003 to the day of complete payment.

On November 12, 2004, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit claiming a loan against the Defendant with the Ulsan District Court Decision 2004Kadan28961, and on November 12, 2004, the above court rendered a judgment that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,00,000 and the amount equivalent to 20% per annum from March 2, 2003 to the date of full payment.” The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.
Even after the Defendant’s non-performance of obligation, the period of extinctive prescription of the claim pursuant to the above judgment is imminent, thereby extending the statute of limitations of the above claim.
