1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 187,858,091 as well as KRW 115,625,00 among the costs, from March 13, 2019 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable law (a judgment made by a person who is deemed as a person with a confession, the defendant only submitted a formal written objection after being served with the original of the payment order, but did not submit a specific written response, and since he/she was absent on the date for pleading, it shall be deemed that all of the plaintiff's allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 1
