A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On September 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the top point of “E” for the victim’s D operation on the first floor of Jongno-gu Seoul building C in Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) took advantage of the gaps in the victim’s surveillance; (c) took one book of “E” in the market price, the victim’s ownership; and (d) thereafter took up the book of “E” as indicated in the theft portion in the attached Table until June 18, 2014, the Defendant, as shown in the larceny portion in the attached Table, carried out a total of 387 books in the same way from the front point, Gangnam point, university store, college store, additional point, branch store, mountain, new village store, mountain, new village store, mountain, and ending point.
B. On July 3, 2014, around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) placed nine books, such as “E” in the “E” store of the victim G management in Goyang-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, Goyang-si, where the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) placed nine books in plastic bags, such as “the digital picture,” the victim’s market price in which he was the victim’s possession, was located.
C. From September 2012 to July 2014, the Defendant, at each point of “E” located within the Seoul and Seoul metropolitan area, carried out 482 books, including “The 500 years early early,” in a way that each operator’s surveillance was neglected and carried out books owned by the victims.
From September 2012 to July 2014, the Defendant took advantage of the gap in the victim I management department in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J, with 41 rights, such as the victim’s “reparability of recovery” in the book management of the victim.
E. From September 2012 to July 2014, the Defendant got to have seven rights, such as “vocational counseling,” etc. in the victim’s books and documents managed by the victim management library located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim’s surveillance negligence.
